Tree House Recovery delivers high-touch addiction care across multiple facilities (California & North Carolina) — but its backend ran on siloed platforms. CallTrackingMetrics handled calls, KIPU was the EHR, and nothing connected them. Admissions, billing, clinical, and outreach teams worked across spreadsheets, email, and manual follow-ups — with no structured way to track leads, automate pre-screen/VOB/discharge, sync documents to KIPU, or see why leads were lost. The team was also new to Salesforce — this was their first CRM.
