  • Project cancellation requested before work has started

  • If cancellation is requested before the project starts, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • If work has already begun, charges for completed work, resources used, and time invested will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

5. No Guarantee Clause

While we aim to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Sales or revenue outcomes
  • Traffic increases
  • Third-party platform approvals
  • Continuous uptime of external services

Refunds will not be issued based on unmet business expectations beyond the agreed scope of work.

6. Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party tools, software licenses, plugins, APIs, hosting services, advertising platforms, or domain registrations are non-refundable and subject to the respective provider’s policies.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment provider or bank
  • Applicable taxes, transaction charges, or processing fees may be deducted

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of ongoing or future services.
