Qhord is a music sharing platform that transforms how people connect through music. Unlike traditional playlist-sharing apps, Qhord enables users to create personalized music collections — called "Qhords" — that combine songs from iTunes with personal descriptions, images, and voice notes that explain why each song is meaningful. The platform was conceived to bring back the lost art of music curation with storytelling, allowing users to attach context, memories, and emotions to every track they share.

The vision behind Qhord was born from the belief that music is deeply personal — every song carries a story, a memory, or an emotion that gives it meaning beyond just melody and lyrics. The founder, Matthew Bending, envisioned a platform where sharing music becomes an intimate, thoughtful experience rather than a passive playlist exchange.
