Cancellation Policy

 At NMG Technologies, we value transparency and professional collaboration with our clients. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of services, projects, subscriptions, and agreements. 

1. Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of a project or service by submitting a written request via email to our official support team.

Before Project Commencement

If the cancellation request is received before the project work has started, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the service and resources allocated.

After Project Commencement

Once the project has started, the following conditions apply:

  • Charges for completed work and hours invested will be applicable
  • Payments made for third-party services, tools, domains, hosting, APIs, plugins, or licenses are non-refundable
  • Any advance payment or milestone payment already processed may not be refundable

The final cancellation settlement will be determined after evaluating the completed scope of work.

2. Subscription & Recurring Services

For recurring services such as:

  • Website Maintenance
  • SEO Services
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Hosting & Technical Support
  • Monthly Retainer Plans

Clients must provide written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.

Services already billed or completed during the active billing cycle are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by NMG Technologies

NMG Technologies reserves the right to cancel or suspend any project or service under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or delayed payments
  • Lack of communication from the client for an extended period
  • Violation of agreed terms or misuse of services
  • Requests involving unlawful, harmful, or unethical activities

In such cases, any applicable refund will be reviewed based on the work completed.

4. Delayed Response & Inactivity

If the client fails to provide required content, approvals, feedback, or communication for more than 30 days, the project may be placed on hold or considered inactive.

Reactivation of inactive projects may involve additional charges and revised timelines.

5. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Services

Domain registrations, hosting services, SSL certificates, software licenses, paid plugins, and third-party subscriptions are governed by their respective providers and cannot be cancelled or refunded through us once purchased.

6. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to ongoing services may be suspended
  • Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date may be shared after settlement of pending dues
  • Outstanding invoices must be cleared before final project handover

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on this page.
